Virtual assistant services history:
As a freelance virtual assistant, I have operated a business since 1989 creating business presentations, websites, proposals, manuals, brochures, newsletters, business cards and letterhead logos.
 
I have provided end-to-end management and consultation of project needs including design creation, printing, binding, diskette duplication/labeling, packaging and shipping to customers.
 
I have handled administrative tasks for various companies including bookkeeping, database entries, email management, travel research & scheduling, help-desk incoming calls and industry internet research. 
 
I have conducted freelance training for 3rd party software training companies, including desktop publishing, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and presentation software.
